Diesel Technic’s international Parts Specialists team is dedicated to supporting users of DT Spare Parts products. Through regular workshop visits accompanied by distribution partners, the teams from Italy and Iberia (Spain and Portugal) offer hands-on advice, gather valuable feedback, and build lasting connections with professionals who rely on DT Spare Parts every day.

The mission of the Parts Specialists is to understand the real-world needs of mechanics and parts buyers, while also identifying niche markets where workshops can expand their business potential.
The Parts Specialists workshop visits initiative in Italy began in late 2024 with a pilot tour. In 2025, Diesel Technic Italia expanded the program significantly, organizing several dedicated workshop tours in May, alongside other events. The workshops in Italy are visited directly on-site by Parts Specialist Simone Cricca. In Spain and Portugal, Sebastián Moreno, Parts Specialist at Diesel Technic Iberia, leads the charge in visiting workshops focused on commercial vehicle repair and maintenance. Since 2022, Sebastián has closely coordinated with local distributors and regional sales area managers, visiting hundreds of workshops.
Building bridges with mechanics
After a brief introduction, the Parts Specialists engage with workshop professionals to discuss their experience with DT Spare Parts products. They also present the Premium Shop, Diesel Technic’s loyalty program, and explain the HelpDesk and technical support services available to end customers. These visits are not just informative—they’re personal, fostering meaningful relationships with the people who use DT Spare Parts daily.
During each visit, the Parts Specialists also introduce the Partner Portal, Diesel Technic’s digital platform for product information. They highlight features like the electronic catalogue and VIN search, which allow users to identify vehicles by chassis number—making part selection faster and more accurate.
As Parts Specialist Sebastián puts it: “For us, a satisfied customer is a loyal customer. We offer excellent pre-sales, sales, and after-sales service, backed by high-quality products through our Diesel Technic Quality System (DTQS).”
