International Parts Specialists Meeting 2025

Parts Specialists

Diesel Technic welcomes its workshop professionals from all over the world

From 22 to 26 September 2025, the international Parts Specialists Meeting took place at the Diesel Technic Group headquarters in Germany. Every company in the Diesel Technic Group has one or more Parts Specialists, and there are also external Parts Specialists. The meeting served to further develop services for end customers in an optimal way, based on best practice examples.

The Parts Specialists offer end users from workshops and fleets the best possible support for their daily work with DT Spare Parts brand products. This range of services helps to tailor products and services optimally to their needs. End users, distribution partners and Diesel Technic alike benefit from this closer cooperation.

Special services for end users include the Premium Shop, which allows end customers to benefit from every purchase of DT Spare Parts brand products. They can collect crown points and exchange them for rewards and digital vouchers. The YouTube channel with PS Tips videos is also very popular, with over 13,000 followers. In addition, there are numerous followers on Instagram and Facebook, as well as recipients of the Parts Specialists info newsletter. The Parts Specialists website is visited daily by end customers and the number of HelpDesk enquiries to Parts Specialists is constantly increasing.

At the Parts Specialists Meeting 2025, the Parts Specialists received an update on the Diesel Technic Quality System (DTQS) so that they could explain to end customers how important feedback from the market is in order to be able to offer a complete range of products in ‘guaranteed quality’ under the DT Spare Parts product brand on a sustainable basis. On the practical day, a modern commercial vehicle workshop was visited, as joint visits with distribution partners are a very useful service offered by the Parts Specialists. The open exchange between all participants helps to develop a better understanding of each other.

After presenting all the special end customer services, new ideas for future Parts Specialist services were developed in a workshop. The Parts Specialist Meeting 2025 then ended as it had begun, with a team evening. The supporting programme, which included kart racing and a team dinner, helped to strengthen team spirit. Contact between team members and with end customers is to be further intensified through more regular communication and personal meetings.
