The new app offers quick and direct access to technical support from the Parts Specialists. The app connects end customers worldwide with the experts for products from the DT Spare Parts brand – simple, mobile, and available at any time. This makes support possible where it is needed: directly at the vehicle or at the workplace.
Currently, the app focuses on the integrated HelpDesk, which offers users four support categories. These enable them to send their requests directly to the relevant Parts Specialists. To ensure global accessibility, the PS app is available in eight languages: English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Polish, Dutch, and Russian.
Under “Questions about the product and its application,” users can find support regarding the correct use or installation of a DT Spare Parts product, as well as information about possible product variants for special applications. The category “Vehicle/parts identification (VIN check)” helps users quickly find the right spare part: Checking the VIN/chassis number ensures that the desired product is compatible. The “Product Feedback” category also offers the opportunity to submit suggestions for improvement—for example, regarding the product range, technical information, or installation tips. For all other concerns, the “General Question” category is available, where other topics can be sent directly to the Parts Specialists.
